Data Encryption
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. API credentials and sensitive configuration are never stored in plaintext.

Our platform and data handling practices are designed to meet UK GDPR requirements. We act as a data processor and maintain appropriate data processing agreements with enterprise clients.
IP Whitelisting
Restrict API access to pre-approved IP addresses or CIDR ranges. Enterprise accounts can configure IP whitelisting at the account and sub-account level for maximum access control.

Role-based access control (RBAC) for platform users. API keys can be scoped to specific permissions. Sub-account isolation ensures logical separation between customer environments.
Audit Logging
Comprehensive audit trails for all platform activity — including message submissions, account changes, login events, and API key management. Logs are tamper-evident and retained for compliance purposes.
