These Terms of Service govern your use of SBS TELECOM Limited services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

SBS TELECOM provides wholesale SMS aggregation, SMPP/HTTP API connectivity, and white-label reseller platforms. Services are provided subject to the terms of your service agreement and these Terms of Service.

Acceptable Use

You must not use SBS TELECOM services to send unsolicited messages, illegal content, or messages that violate applicable law or our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

SBS TELECOM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 30 days.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. We may suspend services immediately for breach of these terms or non-payment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
